- Does the Eye-Fi Pro wirelessly transfer JPEG, RAW and video formats?
Yes. The Eye-Fi Pro card stores all photos and videos, just like your existing SDHC memory card. The Eye-Fi Pro uploads JPEG, RAW and digital camera video files wirelessly.
- Can I upload only certain photos and videos, or do I have to upload everything?
That’s up to you! Every Eye-Fi Pro card has a Selective Share Option, which, once enabled, lets you use the “lock” or “protect” key on your camera to pick which photos and videos are uploaded. Once you’ve made your selection, only the protected videos and JPEG photos will upload online, while everything will be backed up on your computer.
- What can I do with the Eye-Fi Pro’s ad hoc connection?
With the Eye-Fi Pro, you can set up an ad hoc connection, which will allow you to send media to your computer even when there is no wireless router around. That means that you could be traveling, or on a photoshoot on the beach, and not have to carry any extra equipment to transfer photos and videos to your laptop.
- How do I know if my camera can be made wireless with the Eye-Fi Pro card?
The Eye-Fi Pro card is compatible with hundreds of SDHC cameras. You’ll need your camera make and model to check if it’s compatible.
- Are Eye-Fi cards available outside of the US and Canada?
